I've recently bought a Huawei GT 2 Pro smartwatch which allows to send and receive calls. When I am in my Car, with Android Auto , once I received a Call it is received on my Watch an not on my car. Based on my investigations, I've noticed that disabling a bluetooth option solves the problem.(highlighted in the picture below)

Open the Huawei Health app, go to the device details screen, go to Health monitoring > Continuous heart rate monitoring, and toggle on the switch for Continuous heart rate monitoring. The watch emits up to 4 uW/cm^2 for a few seconds (if nothing is transmitted/updated), but most of the time (I have disabled on my smartphone bluetooth and Health app messages) the device shows background values of 0.5 uW/cm^2 near the GT Runner. But I still really want Huawei to add a Flight mode in the firmware that physically disables Bluetooth.

Make sure that your watch/band is linked with the Huawei Health app. This feature is not available when your watch/band is not linked with the Huawei Health app. Make sure that your phone is powered on and that the Huawei Health app is running. It is recommended that you add the Huawei Health app to the background protection list.
